These Terms determine your use of the website and the magazine. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah. By accessing the website and the magazine, you agree to these Terms.
Dayhouse Studio owns and controls the content of the website and the magazine. Information provided by the website and the magazine is related to interior design, biophilic design, health, nature, sustainability, built and natural environments, well-being, evidence-based self-care and other topics that we deem as of potential interest to Dayhouse Studio’s work.
The content is created by Dayhouse Studio and collaborators (contributing parties) with the highest standard and integrity. While the content may contain health-related information, neither the website nor the magazine is intended to diagnose or treat medical conditions, or to serve as medical advice.
Dayhouse Studio owns intellectual property rights, including copyrights, related to the content of the website and the magazine, unless stated otherwise. The copyrights related to articles written by our contributors and invited authors (“contributors”) belong to the original contributors. We do not own copyrights to royalty-free stock images and photos that may be used in our website and the magazine.
